When you click “Near Me (1km)” or grant browser location permission, your browser sends your current latitude and longitude coordinates to our search endpoint to find nearby parks, playgrounds, and coffee shops within walking distance.

• No Location Tracking: We do not store, log, sell, or build profiles from your GPS coordinates. Coordinates are used only to run your search and are discarded immediately after the results are returned.
• Manual Search Option: You can use Coffee Near Playgrounds without granting location access by typing any city, neighborhood, or park into the search bar or moving the map.

Base map tiles and pedestrian sidewalk routing paths between coffee shops and parks are powered by OpenStreetMap contributors and FOSSGIS OSRM foot-routing services. No personally identifiable user information is shared with OpenStreetMap tile or routing servers.

6. GDPR, CCPA & International Privacy Rights

Because we do not require user accounts or store personal profiles in a database, we do not hold personal data records to sell or share.
