1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Coffee Near Playgrounds (https://coffeenpark.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Because our service incorporates Google Places API data, you also agree to be bound by the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Coffee Near Playgrounds matches public parks and children's playgrounds with nearby coffee shops and cafes within walking distance (50m to 400m), along with walking routes, opening hours, and CSV export.

3. Accuracy of Venue Information & Walking Routes

Park locations, playground classifications, cafe opening hours, ratings, and pedestrian walking routes are sourced dynamically from Google Places and OpenStreetMap. While we strive for high accuracy:

• Opening hours, seasonal park closures, and business operations may change without notice. Always verify hours directly with the venue before traveling.
• Pedestrian walking paths are generated algorithmically from OpenStreetMap foot-routing data. Always obey local traffic signals, crosswalks, and pedestrian safety signs, especially when walking with strollers or young children.
• Parents and caregivers remain solely responsible for supervising children and assessing the age-appropriateness and safety of any park or playground equipment.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse, scrape at automated high-frequency rates, or attempt to disrupt our API endpoints (/api/search, /api/route). Personal and family travel planning use, including exporting CSV spreadsheets for trip itineraries, is expressly permitted and encouraged.

5. Limitation of Liability

Coffee Near Playgrounds is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Coffee Near Playgrounds or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
